工作原理
该机由机座、回转体、驱动系统、提升下降系统、制动系统及控制系统组成。工作时,将混合料斗推到回转体内,进入自动操作程序输入已经设置好的参数组程序代号,按触摸屏上“确认”键,就能自动将混合料斗提升到位,并自动夹紧。PLC控制系统得到夹紧信号后,驱动系统工作,按设定的时间、转速进行混合;达到设定的参数后,回转体就能自动垂直停止,同时制动系统工作,混合结束;然后进入手动操作程序,按“下降”键,回转体内的混合料斗下降到位,自动停止,并打印工艺数据。将混合料斗推出转到下一工序。
Working principle
This equipment is composed of frame, rotating cage; drive, lifting,brake and control systems. When operating, firstly, load the bin in therotating cage and press "confirm" key on the touch panel, the binwill be automatically raised in position and clamped. On recep-tion of clampedsignal by the sensors, the drive system starts blending task according to theset time and rotation speed. On reaching all the set parameters, the brakesystem operates automatically to stop the rotating cage to a horizontalposition and the blending task is finished. Then, the lifting system works tolower the bin on the ground and on reaching that position, it stopsautomati-cally. Finally, data of this batch are printed. Move out the bin fromthe rotating cage to transfer it for the next process.
